My story

Discipline is not a personality. It's a method.

I wasn't born disciplined. I built it — through years of training, through motherhood, through every version of my body, and through the exact moments most women give up on themselves.

I know what it is to start over. To train after pregnancy. To fight for energy on four hours of sleep. To stop believing your own promises because the last ten attempts didn't stick. That's why I coach the way I coach — with structure, honesty, and zero tolerance for excuses you don't actually believe in.

My method isn't about pushing you harder. It's about pulling you back into reality: your real schedule, your real body, and the real work that actually produces change.
