Submit short lift clips; receive a frame-by-frame review of hip hinge, knee tracking, shoulder mechanics, and breath pattern. Corrections return within 24 hours.

A structured audit of performance metrics, recovery signals, body composition indicators, and adherence — reviewed by Sami personally to drive the next week's adjustments.

Volume, intensity, frequency, and exercise selection are recalibrated against your data — not a template. Your plan evolves as quickly as your body does.

Protein anchoring, energy intake framework, training-day fueling, and sleep/recovery protocols. Enough structure to support your results without overstepping into full nutrition design (that's VIP).
